Manual Inspection

Bearings are checked at lit workbenches before packing. Inspection here is performed visually and by hand; instrument-based QA is run on a separate station not pictured.

Bearing Components

Finished bearing rings (inner and outer races) move through the shop in handling containers. Photos show the current state of the shop floor, not a complete process map.
