Commercial terms — MOQ, lead time, Incoterms, and how to inquire
2026-10-31
Minimum order 500 pcs, standard lead time 2 days, FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP, and the five pieces of information that save a round trip.
This page collects the commercial terms we commit to in public, so you do not find different numbers on different pages.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order: 500 pcs
Minimum order quantity is 500 pcs.
Smaller quantities are not necessarily impossible, but they fall outside the standard terms and must be confirmed separately.
Standard lead time: 2 days
The standard lead time for catalogue models is 2 days.
Two clarifications:
- the clock starts from order confirmation, not from the day you inquire, and the date on the order governs;
- non-standard requirements (special clearance, special packaging, a nominated batch and so on) change the lead time and are quoted separately.
Four Incoterms
We work with FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP:
FOB / CIF
- FOB (free on board at the port of shipment): we deliver to the agreed port and complete export clearance; freight and risk from that point are yours.
- CIF (cost, insurance and freight): on top of FOB we add ocean freight and insurance through to your destination port.
DAP / DDP
- DAP (delivered at place): we deliver to your named destination; import clearance and import duty are yours.
- DDP (delivered duty paid): we deliver to the destination and carry import clearance and duty.
We have shipped DDP to destinations including India and Angola. Whether a specific country or city works, and how it is quoted, is confirmed per order.
Why we publish no duty figures
Import duty rates, VAT and anti-dumping measures change frequently, and they depend on your HS classification and your import credentials. We do not publish duty rates or tax amounts — a printed figure would be out of date the moment it is printed.
What we do offer: help with the calculation. Given your HS code and destination, we lay out the parts we know; the final amount is determined by your customs and broker.
How to inquire efficiently
Send these five items
- Model (e.g.
6205-2RS; if unsure, give bore, outer diameter, width or the equipment) - Quantity (whether it meets the 500 pcs minimum)
- Incoterm (FOB / CIF / DAP / DDP)
- Destination (country plus city or port; mandatory for DAP/DDP)
- Lead-time requirement (whether the standard 2 days is enough)
With all five, quoting usually takes one round trip; the back-and-forth comes from missing items.

What we will not promise
To avoid misunderstanding, these are explicitly not promised:
- no "cheapest" claim: no price-ranking language;
- no certification or qualification claim: we assert no management-system certification, see below;
- no absolute lead-time guarantee: the standard term is 2 days, but order confirmation governs;
- no blanket customisation promise: non-standard work is evaluated item by item.
Boundaries
Catalogue scope: deep groove ball bearings only, for now
The current catalogue is 100 base models × 7 seal forms = 700 specifications, all deep groove ball bearings (6 series).
Roller bearings and spherical bearings are not in the current catalogue. That is not a statement that we never will; it means there are no quotable specifications today — ask about them and we can only answer "not currently supplied", never with an invented model number.
No qualification claims
This site asserts no management-system certification and no industry admission certificate. Every model, parameter, lead time and term on any page is ordinary commercial information and constitutes no qualification claim.
If you need qualification documents, raise it before ordering and we will answer factually.
