Bearing precision grade and radial clearance — what our table lists

2026-10-12

The precision grade and radial clearance group recorded for all 700 published deep groove ball bearing specifications, and what to do if your application needs something else.

Precision grade and radial clearance are two columns buyers ask about early, so this page states exactly what our factory specification table records for them — and where the table simply has no answer.

What the table records

What precision grade do these bearings carry?

P0, on every single row. All 700 published specifications — 100 base models times 7 seal variants — carry `P0` in the precision grade column. There is no second value anywhere in the table.

What radial clearance group?

C0, likewise on every row. All 700 specifications carry `C0` in the clearance column.

Does the grade or clearance change by model or seal?

No. Neither column varies with base model, series or seal suffix. Whether you take a 605 open or a 6312 2RS, both columns read P0 and C0. In practical terms this means you do not have to specify either one when ordering from the published catalogue — P0 and C0 are what you get.

If you need something else

Can I order a different grade or clearance?

The published table does not cover it, so we will not quote a number here. What we can do is confirm it against the actual production route: send us the requirement with the model, the grade or clearance group you need and the quantity. Minimum order quantity is 500 pcs and standard lead time is 2 days, shipped worldwide.

What the table does not record

Which related fields are missing?

The table does not record running accuracy after mounting, temperature-dependent clearance loss, or shaft and housing fit recommendations. Those depend on your housing, shaft and duty cycle rather than on the bearing alone, so please send the application rather than reading a figure off this page.
